Welcome to Labby. By downloading, installing, or using our iOS application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Labby, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Labby is a native iOS application that serves as a client for Homepage, a self-hosted dashboard application. Labby allows you to:

• View and manage services from your Homepage dashboard
• Monitor the health status of your self-hosted services
• Access your services through an integrated browser
• Customize your dashboard experience

Labby is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Homepage project.

3. Requirements

To use Labby, you must:

• Have a compatible iOS device running the required iOS version
• Have network access to your Homepage instance
• Maintain your own Homepage deployment and infrastructure

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Homepage instance and related infrastructure
• Ensuring you have the right to access the services you connect to through Labby
• Any actions taken through the App on your connected services
• Keeping your device and the App updated

5. Self-Signed Certificates

Labby allows connections to servers with self-signed SSL certificates. When you enable this feature:

• You acknowledge that this bypasses standard iOS certificate validation
• You are responsible for ensuring you trust the servers you connect to
• We are not responsible for any security issues arising from connections to servers with invalid certificates

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Labby and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App's name, logo, or branding without permission

7. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be compatible with all Homepage configurations
• Service status information will always be accurate

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or service interruptions on your infrastructure
• Unauthorized access to your services
• Any issues arising from self-signed certificate usage
• Actions taken on connected services through the App

9. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
